THE MARKETING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ROLE:

  • Help create and carry out marketing plans
  • Share information with the wider marketing team
  • Be the main contact between fee earners and the marketing team
  • Organise events, sponsorships, awards, newsletters, and articles
  • Keep the website, intranet and materials up to date
  • Connect with outside contacts such as event organisers
  • Support new partner onboarding
  • Help with team wide marketing projects
  • Help prepare monthly reports for senior staff
  • Track results and share updates
  • Keep everyone informed and involved
  • Work with the CRM team to update contact and client lists
  • Support marketing campaigns and projects as needed

MARKETING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and set priorities effectively
  • Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional services
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible with occasional travel and working outside standard hours when required
