We’re working with a high-performing integrated advertising and marketing agency based in Manchester that’s continuing to grow its performance offering. Known for delivering bold, creative-led campaigns across paid social, digital, and above-the-line media, they partner with a wide range of clients, from fast-scaling eCommerce brands to globally recognised organisations. They’re now looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Manager to take ownership of paid social delivery and play a key role in shaping campaign strategy and client success. This is a collaborative environment with no traditional client services layer, meaning you’ll work directly with clients and fellow specialists to deliver meaningful results.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning and optimising paid social campaigns across all major platforms.
  • Leading social strategy, planning, and performance optimisation.
  • Acting as a trusted, client-facing partner, presenting insight and recommendations.
  • Producing clear reporting with actionable insights.
  • Supporting pitches and contributing to new business opportunities.
  • Helping evolve and push forward the agency’s paid social offering.
