As a Technical Leader you will:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers
- Own delivery end to end
- Ensure technical initiatives align with business goals
- Own the backlog and drive quality across the codebase
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client, proposing solutions that genuinely improve their systems and outcomes
- Own team composition, onboarding, capacity planning and performance
- Oversee the full software lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment and support
Requirements:
- 10 plus years of hands on Python development experience
- Strong experience with modern frameworks, ideally Flask or Django
- Cloud experience, ideally across the AWS ecosystem
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Experience with data platforms, ETLs or data science
- Exposure to GCP or Azure alongside AWS
