THE LEAD MARKETING ANALYST ROLE
You’ll join a highly collaborative analytics team focused on driving marketing effectiveness and commercial growth through advanced measurement and experimentation. Working across digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and on-site performance, you’ll help shape measurement frameworks that support strategic marketing investment decisions across the business. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading marketing effectiveness and attribution analysis across multiple channels
- Designing and analysing A/B and multivariate experiments
- Building forecasting and performance models to support commercial planning
- Delivering deep-dive analysis across customer behaviour, acquisition, retention, and conversion
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations
- Developing KPI frameworks and scalable reporting solutions
- Collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams to operationalise analytical models
LEAD MARKETING ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong experience within Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or Marketing Science
- Hands-on experience with MMM, MTA, experimentation, or incrementality measurement
- Advanced SQL and Python or R
- Experience working with GA4, digital analytics, or MarTech ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience translating complex findings into commercial recommendations
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, acquisition, retention, and conversion analytics
- Experience working with large-scale behavioural datasets
