About the Role
Senior leadership role responsible for taking ownership of a newly created client account within a Secure environment. This is a build-from-the-ground-up position with responsibility for account leadership, delivery oversight, team development, and commercial growth. The role reports at executive level and offers a high degree of autonomy from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a new client account into a fully established business unit
- Act as primary senior point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement
- Grow existing contracts and identify expansion opportunities
- Support new business activity, including bid development and pipeline growth
- Work with delivery partners, suppliers, and recruitment channels to support capability needs
- Help define operating model, structure, and ways of working
- Ensure consistent delivery across all account activity
Essential
- Senior experience in account leadership, programme/delivery leadership, or business unit ownership
- Experience in highly regulated environments, with customer knowledge
- Proven ability to grow accounts, teams, or service delivery capability
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- You currently hold Enhanced DV Clearance
Desirable
- Experience building or scaling a business unit or capability from an early stage
- Strong leadership and team development capability
