WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Data Analyst, you’ll work across the full analytics lifecycle from transforming raw data into analysis-ready datasets through to delivering insights that influence strategy. You’ll build and maintain reporting in Power BI, write robust SQL to support semantic models, and work closely with stakeholders to answer complex business questions around consumer behaviour, marketing performance, and conversion. You’ll also collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure the data infrastructure supports high-quality, trusted analysis, while applying statistical rigour to experiments and observational data. This is a genuinely insight-led role, focused on impact rather than simply producing dashboards.
DATA ANALYST – ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong SQL skills with experience working in a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake or similar)
- Experience building reports and dashboards in a BI tool (Power BI preferred)
- End-to-end analytics experience, from data transformation and modelling to insight delivery
- Exposure to modern data stack tooling (e.g. dbt for transformations; awareness of orchestration tools such as Airflow)
- Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and analytical best practice
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Commercially and product-minded approach to analysis
- Must be based within a 1-hour commute of Liverpool city centre
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
