As we continue to scale, were looking for a Lead Back-End Engineer to help shape the evolution of our platform and lead key technical initiatives.
Who Were Seeking
Were looking for an experienced Lead Software engineer with a strong foundation in modern programming principles and a proven track record of delivering robust, cloud-based systems.
In this role, youll provide hands-on technical leadership across key projects, work closely with product and engineering stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in evolving the architecture of our platform. Youll be given the autonomy to explore new ideas, recommend improvements, and guide best practices across the team.
Youll Need:
- Proven experience with C# and/or Go in production environments
- Strong experience with SQL Server and modern database architecture
- RESTful and GraphQL API development
- Experience with distributed cloud systems we use Kubernetes in GCP
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and architecture best practices
- Prior experience acting as a technical lead within cross-functional teams
- Excellent Git skills and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and driving engineering excellence
