IT Asset Support – Castle Donington

What will you be doing?
You will support the IT team by keeping track of hardware and software across the business. This includes updating asset records, preparing equipment for new starters, and helping manage stock levels. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn internal systems are key, as full training will be provided.

- Hands-on experience with IT hardware (e.g. laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
- Familiarity with IT asset tracking (desirable).
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
