As the Business Director you will be Foster Strategic Client Relationships – Cultivate lasting, high-impact partnerships with senior client stakeholders. Become their trusted advisor and go-to strategic ally, supporting growth and collaboration across their entire business. Driving client retention and Growth by Work hand-in-hand with Client Experience and Performance teams to keep client retention soaring above 90%, while spotting fresh opportunities to expand services, grow your portfolio, and smash revenue goals. Monitor and improve performance across all client channels making recommendations where you see fit using your wealth of experience within a similar position. Lead Contract Conversations.
