We’re hiring a Founding Growth Director to build and own the entire growth function from scratch in an early-stage wealthtech business. This is a true 0→1 opportunity. You’ll define the strategy, build the engine, and drive growth across acquisition, activation, and retention. Working directly with the founders, you’ll take the business from early traction to scalable, repeatable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy (0→1) - Own the full growth roadmap including ICP, positioning, and channel strategy. Build a clear path from early adopters to scale.
- Acquisition - Build and scale acquisition across paid, organic, partnerships, and community-led channels. Identify and double down on high ROI activity.
- Activation & Conversion - Optimise the journey from sign-up to first key action. Improve funnel performance and work closely with product to reduce friction.
- Retention & Lifecycle - Build lifecycle marketing across CRM, email, and product comms. Increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Experimentation & Analytics - Own the growth stack including analytics and attribution. Run continuous testing and optimisation. Track CAC, conversion, activation, and retention metrics.
- Brand & Content - Support positioning as a trusted authority. Drive content strategy across education, insights, and founder-led growth.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in growth, performance, or GTM roles
- Experience in early-stage startups (Seed–Series A)
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition and funnel performance
- Strong understanding of experimentation and growth channels
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, investing, or wealth products
- Exposure to high-value or investor-type users
- Content-led or community-driven growth experience
- Experience building growth functions from scratch
