Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking to expand our dedicated service team with a skilled Field Service Engineer. Field Service Engineer Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and report on faults with commercial laundry and ware washing equipment. Commission and check new equipment installations. Perform basic installations of equipment, including dosing and ozone systems. Conduct routine maintenance visits to ensure equipment is in top condition. Prepare and test ex-rental equipment for supply. Maintain van stock and update Salesforce inventory. Liaise with customers professionally, ensuring excellent service delivery.
