BRAND NEW ESTIMATOR OPPORTUNITY – UK-WIDE/REMOTE WORKING

Our client is a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of smart building solutions, working with clients across the UK and internationally. As they continue to scale, they're now looking for a skilled and motivated Estimator to support their UK operations and play a key role in delivering high-quality project proposals and client solutions.

BMS ESTIMATOR ROLE:
As an Estimator, you'll be instrumental in designing and quoting smart building projects for a broad range of clients. Working closely with both the sales and engineering teams, you'll take ownership of producing accurate, detailed cost estimates, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
You'll need to bring strong technical understanding, especially around BMS (with a preference for Tridium systems), along with a proactive, client-focused mindset.
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Background in BMS estimation, engineering, or technical sales
- Solid understanding of smart building technologies and IoT solutions
- Comfortable preparing technical proposals and tenders
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Tridium-based systems is highly desirable
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own diary
- Willingness to travel across the UK as needed
