ELECTRICAL ENGINEER ROLE
We're looking for a capable and motivated Electrical Engineer to take ownership of the electrical and electronic systems in our market-leading product range. From controller hardware to wiring harnesses, you'll focus on full lifecycle development – working closely with mechanical engineers, software developers, production teams, and suppliers.
You'll also be responsible for driving engineering standards across electrical design, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting innovation across multiple product lines.
This is a hands-on technical role, ideally suited to someone who enjoys solving complex design challenges, thrives in a collaborative team, and has experience delivering electrical systems for real-world manufactured products.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 2 + years in electrical/electronic product development
- 2D and 3D CAD (schematics and harness layout essential)
- PCB and control panel design experience
- Strong knowledge of temperature control systems and high-current relay components
- Project and time management across multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Mechanical engineering awareness
- Experience with ERP and BOM systems (e.g. Epicor)
- Product compliance and safety testing knowledge
- Field testing and supplier engagement experience
