WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and clarity. Working closely with business teams, you’ll analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing clear, data-driven recommendations. You’ll automate manual reporting processes, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct ad-hoc analysis across departments such as clinical, finance, and operations. Additionally, you’ll partner with stakeholders to translate their needs into meaningful data solutions, promoting a data-driven culture across the organisation.
