WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We\’re looking for a Customer Analytics & BI Manager to turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth. You\’ll lead a small team, own the Power BI reporting lifecycle, and partner with sales and marketing to optimise campaigns using AI, advanced analytics, and customer segmentation. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining innovation with BAU delivery to deliver measurable commercial impact.

CUSTOMER ANALYTICS & BI MANAGER – ESSTENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience leading the design, optimisation and measurement of campaigns
• Experience managing / mentoring / working in a senior capacity
• Campaign management experience
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience using Salesforce
• Forward and innovative thinker
