About the Opportunity

Searchability is partnering with a rapidly growing technology consultancy to recruit an experienced Product Owner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment where you'll play a key role in driving product initiatives and collaborating with strategic partners across multiple international locations.

We're looking for a highly organised Product Owner or Product Manager with a strong execution mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to quickly immerse themselves in complex product environments.

The Role

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of key product initiatives, gathering and managing requirements and acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, external partners and delivery teams. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, taking ownership from day one and ensuring projects maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and delivery of product initiatives from concept through to implementation.
  • Gather, define and manage business and product requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements and actionable deliverables.
  • Own and maintain product documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with strategic servicing partners.
  • Act as a key point of contact between external partners and internal delivery teams.
  • Establish and maintain effective feedback loops between stakeholders and product teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple international locations.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, product priorities and delivery outcomes.
  • Support ongoing product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Senior Business Analyst.
  • Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver products and projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
  • Ability to operate independently and quickly gain context in new environments.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
