THE WEBSITE DEVELOPER & TECHNICAL SEO SPECIALIST ROLE:
You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites and landing pages, ensuring they meet performance, accessibility, and best-practice standards. Alongside development, you’ll take ownership of technical SEO, identifying and resolving issues, improving site structure, and driving organic performance through data-led optimisation.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to translate requirements and wireframes into engaging, high-quality user interfaces, while continuously improving website performance, visibility, and usability.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Proven experience in website development and build processes
- Strong front-end and website testing / QA experience
- Solid understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
- Experience managing and optimising backlink profiles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in website and SEO reporting
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, and Twig templates
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Experience with CMS platforms and/or custom development
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools
- Exposure to API integrations, Salesforce, or Google tools
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant web development role
