ABOUT THE CLIENT
Due to continued growth, we’re working with an established organisation looking to strengthen their SEO capability with the hire of an experienced Technical SEO Manager. The business operates in a highly competitive digital environment and places strong emphasis on performance, best practice, and long-term organic growth.
THE ROLE
As Technical SEO Manager, you’ll take ownership of the technical SEO strategy, ensuring websites are fully optimised for search performance, scalability and user experience. You’ll work closely with developers, content teams and wider digital stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements across organic visibility and site health.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading technical SEO strategy across large, complex websites
- Conducting in-depth technical audits and implementing recommendations
- Working closely with development teams on site architecture, migrations and releases
- Improving crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals and site performance
- Supporting SEO best practice across content, internal linking and on-page optimisation
- Monitoring performance and providing clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience in a Technical SEO focused role
- Proven background working with large or complex websites
- Confident collaborating with developers and non-SEO stakeholders
- Experience using common SEO and analytics tools (e.g. crawlers, GSC, GA)
- Ability to translate technical issues into commercial impact
