ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a globally recognised engineering organisation operating at the forefront of advanced manufacturing and aerospace innovation. Their Quality Development Programmes & Major Projects team plays a critical role in ensuring production quality, industrial performance, and operational excellence across major programmes. Due to increased project demand, they are looking for an experienced Quality Conformance Engineer to join their Broughton site.
THE QUALITY CONFORMANCE ENGINEER ROLE:
You will lead and support complex quality improvement and industrialisation activities across major development and manufacturing programmes. The role will focus on driving process reliability, product adherence, and operational quality standards while supporting production ramp-up and industrial transfer activities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support APQP deployment, FMEA activities, production validation, and quality risk management while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
QUALITY CONFORMANCE ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong experience within Quality, Manufacturing, or Industrial Project environments
- Knowledge and application of APQP methodologies
- Experience supporting or facilitating FMEA activities
- Experience with Control Plans, Production Process Verification (PPV), and quality standards
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to manage complex quality and operational challenges
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Aerospace or advanced manufacturing experience highly desirable
