ABOUT THE CLIENT

Due to continued growth, I'm recruiting on behalf of a premium contemporary clothing brand for a Digital Content Designer to join their expanding creative team. The brand is recognised for its elevated aesthetic, strong digital presence, and ambitious growth across the eCommerce space. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative environment where design plays a key role in shaping the customer journey across paid media, social, CRM, and web channels.

THE DIGITAL CONTENT DESIGNER ROLE:

You'll work closely with the Marketing, Creative, and E-commerce teams to produce premium digital assets across multiple channels. From paid social campaigns and email marketing to homepage launches and collection storytelling, you'll help bring the brand to life visually while supporting engagement and conversion goals. The role will involve designing campaign creative, website assets, promotional graphics, and performance-led content across Meta, Google Display, CRM, and social platforms. You'll also contribute fresh creative ideas and help evolve the brand's visual identity across all customer touchpoints. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong eye for design and commercial awareness who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment with regular launches and weekly newness.

DIGITAL CONTENT DESIGNER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • 2+ years' experience within a Graphic Design or Digital Design role
  • Experience within fashion, eCommerce, retail, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience creating assets across paid media, email marketing, web, and social
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and premium brand aesthetics
  • Commercial mindset with awareness of performance-driven creative
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

NICE TO HAVE

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience
  • Understanding of Meta ad creative best practices
  • Experience with Shopify or Klaviyo
  • Photography retouching or shoot asset management experience
  • Menswear or premium fashion background
