Due to continued growth, we’re working with a fast scaling B2B organisation looking to hire a Senior Marketing Executive into a pivotal, revenue focused role. The business operates in a high value, mid market space and is investing heavily in its go to market function as part of an ambitious growth journey. THE SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE:
This is a commercially focused marketing role with one core objective: generating pipeline. You’ll take ownership of marketing execution across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns, events, and content all contribute directly to lead generation and revenue.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Project managing marketing campaigns from planning through to execution
- Owning webinar and event programmes end-to-end
- Coordinating content distribution across LinkedIn and digital channels
- Supporting podcast and video content rollout
- Managing marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign delivery
- Working closely with sales and leadership to align on commercial goals
This is an orchestration role — you’ll be driving activity.
SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
- Proven experience supporting or delivering lead generation campaigns
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience with webinars, events, or content distribution
- Confident using LinkedIn as a marketing channel
- Commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline and ROI
- Exposure to AI tools (or strong interest in adopting them)
