Due to this expansion, they are looking for skilled Red Team Operators to play a key role in shaping and delivering this capability.

RED TEAM OPERATOR ROLE
You will plan and execute full scope red team operations, simulating realistic threat actors across a range of environments. This includes network infrastructure, cloud, Active Directory, web applications, and social engineering campaigns. You will work across the full attack lifecycle, from initial access through to post exploitation, using advanced techniques to emulate real world adversaries. You will also develop tooling, produce high quality reports, and provide actionable remediation guidance to clients.
RED TEAM OPERATOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Commercial experience delivering full scope red team engagements
- Ability to lead or contribute to complex offensive security operations
- Strong knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and security controls
- Experience with C2 frameworks, EDR evasion, and post exploitation techniques
- Understanding of Active Directory and enterprise environments
- Experience with cloud and web application testing
- Ability to write scripts and modify tooling
- Strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with frameworks such as CBEST, TIBER, or similar
