We’re seeking experiencedBusiness Change Consultantsto support transformation programmes within thenational security sector.Working as part of a specialist consultancy team, you’ll drive business change and analysis activities that enable secure, data-driven, and technology-led transformation.
This role offers the opportunity to work across high-impact national security initiatives, shaping business processes, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth adoption of new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support business change and transformation projects within secure environments.
- Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering to define and deliver effective change solutions.
