THE DIGITAL ANALYST ROLE
As a Digital Analyst, you will support the delivery of digital performance insight across multiple marketing channels. You’ll work closely with media, CRO, and analytics teams to analyse website and campaign performance, ensuring tracking and reporting frameworks are robust and reliable. You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, analysing GA4 data, and implementing event tracking through Google Tag Manager. The role will also involve supporting testing and optimisation initiatives and assisting with analytics audits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining client reporting dashboards in Looker Studio
- Analysing GA4 data to evaluate website and campaign performance
- Implementing pixels and event tracking using Google Tag Manager
- Monitoring paid media and digital performance data
- Supporting CRO, media, and analytics testing recommendations
- Assisting with GA4 and GTM audits
DIGITAL ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 1–2 years’ experience working in digital analytics
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Experience implementing or managing tracking within Google Tag Manager
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Looker Studio
- Comfortable analysing both website and paid media performance data
- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate data into insight
