We’re working with a growing digital marketing agency looking for a Commercial Manager to take full ownership of sales and revenue growth. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll lead sales conversations, close retainer-based work (£1k–£5k per month), and build a reliable sales system that delivers predictable growth. You’ll have genuine authority to make commercial decisions, with minimal MD involvement.
The role:
- Own the sales function end-to-end
- Close retainer-based, value-led services

About you:
- Proven experience owning sales or commercial performance in an agency or services business
