THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:

  • Look for new sales opportunities, both for the online brand and existing clients.
  • Build client relationships and be the main contact for clients, keeping them happy and loyal.
  • Oversee web and software projects, working closely with the design and development teams.
  • Spot chances to upsell and offer clients more development, marketing, or support.
  • Use your commercial know-how to find leads and close sales for the new brand.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and tasks to meet all deadlines.
  • Keep clients in the loop with regular updates and manage expectations clearly.
  • Lead internal meetings and make sure everyone's on track with their work.
