As the business continues to grow across international markets, they're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to take ownership of their paid acquisition strategy and help drive the next phase of commercial growth.

You'll manage and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google, taking responsibility for a monthly advertising budget of £150k-£200k.
You'll develop campaign strategies, analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversions and revenue.
Working closely with the wider creative and marketing teams, you'll also help shape engaging campaign assets that balance strong brand storytelling with measurable performance.
