THE SENIOR PLATFORM ENGINEER ROLE:
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering AWS-based infrastructure while supporting a cloud-first engineering approach. You will work across the full software lifecycle, implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes environments, and driving infrastructure as code practices. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, improving system reliability, and collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
SENIOR PLATFORM ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong experience with AWS and cloud-first architecture
- Kubernetes deployment, configuration, and monitoring
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- Programming experience (C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Terraform)
- Experience delivering scalable, high-availability systems
- Strong understanding of containers and orchestration
- Agile environment experience and collaborative mindset
