Base Salary from £26,000 per annum + attractive benefits and first year OTE of £40,000.

Due to an exciting period of growth, we have multiple opportunities for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team working within a key area of our tech digital divisions.

TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE: 90% of Searchability's leaders and top billers joined us originally as Trainees! We are looking for someone who is ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks, and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market. This is a fast-paced and sales-driven environment; no two days are the same but some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Learning how to use our key technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, Indeed, Lusha, and more.
  • Working alongside Senior team members to source candidates for active vacancies.
  • Developing commercial awareness of the market you are working within, actively generating new business through client outreach over the phone/digitally.
  • Administration including prepping CVs, submitting candidates for vacancies, sending placement confirmations in line with our CRM compliance checks.
  • Building your professional network through social media and actively marketing through these channels.
  • Developing your skills and understanding with a view to becoming a 360 recruitment consultant.

  • This is a full-time office-based position; all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Chester HQ.
