THE ROLE
As the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant day-to-day running of a busy operational site. Leading a team across operations, logistics, and site activities, you'll drive performance, maintain high safety standards, and ensure operational targets are achieved while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing operational teams across the site
- Managing daily operational performance and resource planning
- Driving health, safety, and compliance standards across all activities
- Monitoring site KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
