THE REVENUE OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE:
This is a hands-on role where you'll build and optimise the entire revenue engine. You'll work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve processes, enhance performance, and ensure no opportunity is lost through inefficiency. You'll take ownership of HubSpot, developing reporting and dashboards, and implementing automation and AI-driven workflows to improve targeting, conversion, and overall revenue performance. As the business scales internationally, you'll help ensure systems and processes are built to support that growth.
REVENUE OPERATIONS MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Operations within a SaaS environment
- Strong HubSpot experience - workflows, automation, reporting, CRM architecture
- Experience with modern sales tech stacks, enrichment tools, and intent data
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Experience or strong interest in using AI to improve workflows and efficiency
