With a strong brand presence and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to hire a Social Media Specialist to take ownership of their digital presence. This role sits at the heart of the brand's marketing activity, combining content creation, community engagement, and paid media strategy to grow and strengthen the company's online audience.
You will play a key role in shaping how the brand appears across social platforms, managing both organic and paid campaigns, while ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality content output. SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST ROLE:- Develop and execute the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms
- Manage and grow social channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other key platforms
- Create engaging short-form content, including reels and video content
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar ensuring consistent posting
- Oversee paid social and paid search campaigns across Meta, Google, Instagram and TikTok
- Manage and optimise advertising budgets across digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust activity to improve results
- Maintain consistent brand voice and community engagement across all platforms
- Support wider marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Create and send weekly marketing email campaigns
- Analyse audience behaviour and platform performance to guide content strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, events, and promotional activity
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and platform updates
- Experience managing social media channels for a brand or agency
