Location: Leeds-based - 5 days onsite during probation, then 3 days onsite

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Junior PPC Executive to join a well-established and forward-thinking organisation with a strong digital presence. The team is known for its collaborative culture and focus on developing talent, making this an ideal opportunity for someone early in their paid media career.

THE PPC EXECUTIVE ROLE:

You will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms. Working closely with senior team members, you will gain hands-on experience in campaign management, keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis. This is a great opportunity to build your technical skills while contributing to real campaign performance and results.

PPC EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • 6-18 months' experience in PPC or paid media
  • Understanding of Google Ads (Search or Shopping)
  • Basic knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in performance marketing
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4 is a bonus)
