The Lead CRM and Email Coordinator Role
As the Lead CRM and Email Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering CRM campaigns across email, SMS and direct mail channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll manage campaign schedules, audience segmentation, creative briefing and deployment, ensuring every customer touchpoint is engaging, relevant and commercially effective. You'll analyse campaign performance, provide actionable insights and continuously optimise activity to improve customer acquisition, retention and engagement. You'll also play a key role in database growth strategies, customer lifecycle communications and ensuring all CRM activity follows best practice across channels.
Lead CRM and Email Coordinator Essential Skills
- Previous CRM experience within a similar role
- Proven experience delivering CRM campaigns across email, SMS and direct mail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
- Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
- Experience using Bloomreach or a similar ESP platform
- Experience using Google Analytics or equivalent analytics tools
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- B2C retail experience
- Knowledge of jewellery, watches, fashion or luxury retail sectors would be advantageous
