You will be responsible for multiple teams within the company, manging project delivery and the IT Support Engineers. You will be confident in managing close relationships, dealing with stakeholders in the business and ensuring a smooth efficient delivery of our IT Services.
Essential Skills:
Experience of IT Service Delivery.
Proven experience of managing a service desk team.
A track record of delivering projects to completion.
Experience working within an MSP environment is desirable but not essential.
