THE HEAD OF CRM ROLE:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing CRM team.
  • Develop and execute scalable, automated lifecycle CRM strategies.
  • Lead creative strategies for customer engagement and retention.
  • Own and execute personalised email and push campaigns.
  • Drive user growth through optimised conversion and retention funnels.
  • Optimise lifecycle campaigns to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with vendors and analytics teams to deliver insights and strategic improvements.
  • Analyse campaign performance to refine CRM strategies and boost ROI.
  • Build customer journey frameworks to inform strategy and ensure alignment.

THE HEAD OF CRM ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing successful teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Good understanding of CRM tools and trends; experience with AI tools is a bonus.
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM or digital marketing, including 3+ years leading teams and delivering strategies that boost revenue and customer retention.
  • Comfortable working with data, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to present ideas and strategies to senior teams and across departments.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of using data to shape CRM plans that support business goals.
