GRADUATE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE: We are looking for candidates who are ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market. This is a fast-paced and sales driven environment, no two days are the same but some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Learning how to use our key technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, Indeed, Lusha and more.
- Working alongside Senior team members to source candidates for active vacancies.
- Developing commercial awareness of the market you are working within, actively generating new business through client outreach over the phone / digitally.
- Administration including prepping CV's, submitting candidates for vacancies, sending placement confirmations in line with our CRM compliance checks.
- Building your professional network through social media and actively marketing through these channels.
- Developing your skills and understanding with a view to becoming a 360 recruitment consultant.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to Degree level - 2:1 and above
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team - be willing to go the extra mile to meet agreed KPI's and targets
- This is a full-time office-based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Chester HQ
- Ability to present yourself in a professional manner to prospective candidates and clients
