ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years experience in 360 agency recruitment - ideally defense/tech in the USA
- Proven success in new business generation, account management and delivery
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team
- Ability to use our core systems and working frameworks (previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, OneUp Sales, Indeed etc. is advantageous but full training will also be given)
This is a full-time office based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Manchester HQ and work core USA hours.
