About the Client

Due to continued investment in digital transformation, we're recruiting for a Digital Full Stack Engineer to join a well-established organisation based in Leeds City Centre on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity to work on modern, customer-focused digital platforms in React and C#.

The Digital Full Stack Engineer Role

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality features across both front-end and back-end applications, working with React, TypeScript and .NET/C#. You'll contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through to testing, deployment and operational support. Working closely with Product, UX, QA and Architecture teams, you'll help build secure, scalable and maintainable applications while contributing to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills

  • Commercial experience with React and TypeScript
  • Strong .NET/C# development experience
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests
  • Understanding of cloud-based development practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working within Agile teams
  • Knowledge of financial services would be beneficial but is not essential.
