ABOUT THE CLIENT
We are working with an established UK organisation currently investing heavily in its technology landscape. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of internal IT operations and act as the key link between the business and their external technology partners.

THE IT MANAGER ROLE:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will act as the internal 'Head of Tech'. You will oversee day-to-day IT support, manage hardware and user lifecycle, and ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and efficient.
Alongside this, you will take ownership of the relationship with the external Managed Service Provider - holding them accountable on SLAs, supporting project delivery, and ensuring high service standards. You will also play a key role in driving digital transformation, identifying opportunities for automation, improving workflows, and helping the business scale through smarter use of technology.
IT MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experience in an IT Manager or senior IT support role (5+ years)
- Strong Microsoft stack knowledge (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows environments)
- Experience managing or working alongside MSPs
- Solid understanding of cyber security and GDPR
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
