A Cyber Resilience focused role (BC, IR, DR) in a hybrid working environment at the Deeside Head Office. This position is within an enterprise IT environment with strong business exposure and offers a long-term opportunity within a mature Information Security function.

This role sits within a wider Information Security function and reports into the Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager.
The Cyber Resilience Analyst Role:
As a Cyber Resilience Analyst, you will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and testing the organisation's resilience plans, covering Business Continuity, Incident Response, and Disaster Recovery. You will work closely with IT teams and stakeholders across the wider business to ensure resilience strategies are practical, robust, and effective.
The role plays a key part in analysing the impact of cyber incidents on business systems, supporting incident reviews, and ensuring lessons learned are fed back into improved resilience planning. You will also work alongside project and change teams to ensure new systems and developments are designed with resilience in mind from the outset.
Cyber Resilience Analyst Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in cyber resilience, including Business Continuity, Incident Response, and Disaster Recovery
- Strong documentation and report writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex resilience plans
- A solid understanding of how enterprise-level IT systems integrate and operate
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Site Recovery and Recovery Services
- Exposure to VMware technologies
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Defender suite
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
