ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a globally recognised aerospace manufacturer, supplying advanced aerostructures and engineering solutions to major aviation programmes worldwide. You will join a high-performing operations and supply chain environment at their Belfast site, supporting the smooth flow of parts and materials for major aircraft build programmes. Due to continued operational demand, they are looking for a Supply Logistics Agent to strengthen their supply chain execution and planning capability.
THE SUPPLY LOGISTICS AGENT ROLE
As a Supply Logistics Agent, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end transactional flow of parts supply to ensure operational schedules and customer needs are fully supported. Working closely with Operations and Supply Chain Execution teams, you will ensure accurate data management, enablement profiles, forward load planning, and timely part delivery to internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate and timely reporting of supply chain data to Operations
- Maintaining and governing supply enablement profiles
- Ensuring high levels of data accuracy across operational systems
- Managing supply parameters to optimise asset utilisation
- Supporting and working collaboratively within a Natural Team structure
- Providing forward load and capacity plans, including Line of Balance updates
- Ensuring timely delivery of parts to shopfloor and external customers
SUPPLY LOGISTICS AGENT – ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Minimum HNC or professional qualification (e.g., CPIM, CIPS) plus 2+ years of supply chain experience OR candidates without formal qualifications but 3+ years of relevant supply chain experience
- Essential knowledge of MRP planning systems
- Understanding of core supply chain processes
- Strong organisational, communication and data accuracy skills
