Role Summary:

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £54,102 to £67,056 per annum

Benefits Summary: 12.5% employer pension contribution and private medical insurance

Location: Bristol (hybrid working 3-4 days on site)

Security Clearance: SC or DV clearance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, recruit, lead, and motivate a brand-new IT Secure Operations delivery team.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve service support and delivery processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Take full ownership of Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes, including chairing the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
  • Manage the IT Secure Operations run budget and define requirements for tools and platforms.
  • Drive Problem Management through trend analysis and prevention to maintain high service standards.
  • Design and create detailed KPI reporting to support and advise the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support the technical development and delivery of internal secure working environments and handle service transitions.
