ENABLEMENT SUPPORT TEAM MEMEBER
- On-site in Broughton
- 12-month contract
- £30.88 per hour via Umbrella
- 35-hour working week with premium overtime rates
- BPSS clearance eligibility required
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a global leader in aerospace manufacturing and engineering innovation. They play a vital role in delivering advanced aircraft solutions and are committed to continuous improvement across their operations. To support the Single Aisle Flow Line business, they are seeking an Enablement Support Team Member to join their team in Broughton.
THE ENABLEMENT SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER ROLE:
As an Enablement Support Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for:
- Liaising with engineering and design teams to resolve production blockers
- Controlling and maintaining consumables and tooling
- Acting as the interface between Tool Control Centre and Operations (Calibration)
- Supporting Capex projects, facility improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing financial control and reporting
- Driving compliance with lean manufacturing, safety, and environmental standards
ENABLEMENT SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- General knowledge and experience of aircraft assembly tools and techniques
- Experience of tooling and procedural documentation
- Practical competence in PC-based systems (SAP experience desirable)
- Ability to investigate and implement process improvements
- Knowledge of Lean systems and principles
