Deliver AI-enabled transformation across secure public sector programmes. Our client is a specialist consultancy delivering complex digital and technology transformation programmes into highly secure public sector environments. They support organisations in modernising operations through advanced data, automation and AI capabilities. Due to continued demand for AI-enabled change, they are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Delivery Consultant to lead and scale transformation initiatives.
THE AI TRANSFORMATION DELIVERY CONSULTANT ROLE
- Enable organisations to adopt AI at scale, driving transformation programmes from proof of concept through to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Lead AI transformation programmes across large-scale LLM platforms and specialist ML/AI systems.
- Manage delivery from PoC through to scaled deployment, including product ownership and adoption strategy.
- Drive organisational change, workforce upskilling and capability-building initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end AI lifecycle including data readiness, model development, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Data, Engineering, Cloud, Risk, Legal and Compliance to implement secure AI solutions.
AI TRANSFORMATION DELIVERY CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Proven experience delivering AI transformation programmes at scale.
- Experience leading GenAI or LLM-based platform implementations.
- Background in product management and change adoption within AI-enabled environments.
Salary up to £90,000 plus full benefits package. Hybrid working (3–4 days onsite in London). Exposure to cutting-edge AI and large-scale transformation programmes.
