They operate across multiple technical disciplines and are known for solving some of the UK\’s most complex challenges. Due to increasing demand in their Support Services function, they are now seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer to help shape the future of product and system support strategies. THE BENEFITS: Up to £80,000 salary Annual bonus (performance & profit-linked) Private medical insurance, including pre-existing conditions Hybrid working model – roughly 3 days onsite in Woking Flexi-time and great work-life balance DV clearance sponsorship available THE ILS ENGINEER ROLE: As an ILS Engineer, you’ll be embedded across project, portfolio and engineering teams, providing strategic support planning across the full lifecycle of high-value defence and security systems. You’ll drive forward supportability analysis, work on both pre- and post-contract support, contribute to bids and tenders, and deliver ILS plans and risk reporting to ensure cost-effective support outcomes. This role involves both hands-on technical contributions and stakeholder-facing activity, with opportunities to help shape the wider growth of support services within the organisation. ILS ENGINEER ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Experience delivering ILS/IPS in a regulated defence or engineering environment Strong understanding of through-life support principles and standards Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (HND/Degree or equivalent experience) Ability to support bids, estimate ILS effort and contribute to tender documents Exposure to ARM&T principles and tools (FMECA, RBD, MTBF etc) Understanding of MOD support frameworks and experience applying them as a supplier Eligibility for DV clearance TO BE CONSIDERED: Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via .
