They are seeking a highly organised and process-driven Resourcing Operations Specialist to support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring candidates receive a seamless and compliant onboarding experience. This role sits at the heart of the people function, acting as the key link between hiring teams, HR, security, IT, and external candidates.
As a Resourcing Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of the recruitment and onboarding process from offer acceptance through to Day 1 readiness. You will act as the primary coordinator across HR, Hiring Managers, Security, IT, Legal, and Global Mobility teams, ensuring all onboarding activities are completed efficiently and compliantly. This includes supporting candidates through security clearances, background screening, visa processes, equipment provisioning, and access management. You will also become a key user of HR systems, maintaining data integrity across Workday and associated reporting tools, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and enhance the overall candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and driving operational excellence within a people-focused environment.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR Operations, Resourcing, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Coordination
- Experience using a major HRIS platform such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
- Experience supporting onboarding, recruitment operations, or talent acquisition processes
- Experience managing global mobility, visa applications, or security clearance workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, including reporting, automation, and data analysis
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Workday administration or super-user experience
- Experience within a large corporate or matrix organisation
- Knowledge of compliance, audit, and governance processes
- Experience supporting international hires and mobility programmes
- Process improvement and automation experience
- Familiarity with HR reporting and workforce analytics
