36-hour working week over 4.5 days with a half day on Friday

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a globally recognised organisation operating within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support a broad range of HR activities across Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Reward, and Resourcing functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to become embedded within a large-scale HR transformation environment while contributing to key people initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

THE HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR ROLE:

As Human Resources Advisor, you will provide day-to-day HR generalist support across a range of people activities including employee relations, recruitment support, learning initiatives, reporting, and policy guidance. You will support HR Business Partners and wider HR teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes while helping drive continuous improvement through data analytics and reporting. The role will involve stakeholder engagement across the business, supporting managers with HR queries and case management activities while contributing to HR campaigns, reporting, and talent management initiatives.

HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Previous experience within a HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or HR Specialist role
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR or relevant discipline
  • Strong HR policy and process knowledge
  • Experience supporting employee relations activities including disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Strong IT and data analytics skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets experience
  • Experience producing HR reporting and qualitative analysis
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • BPSS Clearance required

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • CIPD Level 7
  • Experience supporting HR transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
