Exciting new opportunity for a Lead Developer to work on UK Govt. projects. SC Clearance required. Based in London (Hybrid - 1 day per fortnight in the office). Salary up to £90,000 + company benefits.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Lead Software Developer to take technical ownership of full-stack solutions across multiple government programmes. You'll guide teams through the entire software development lifecycle - from architecture and design through to implementation and delivery - ensuring best practices, scalability, and security throughout. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll balance technical delivery with mentoring and architectural direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java, React, JavaScript, and AWS.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams.
