Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, designing, and implementing physical and virtual IT infrastructure solutions aligned to customer requirements.
- Providing ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of deployed critical IT infrastructure.
- Conducting regular system health monitoring, backups, patch management, and vulnerability management.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all deployed and supported infrastructure.
- Developing and maintaining scripts and automation tools to increase the efficiency of system administration tasks.
